More Than a Freight Forwarder
CODEX Freight was created to bring international freight forwarding together with the practical delivery strength of an established Australian logistics group.
We operate as a dedicated freight forwarding business, supporting customers across air freight, sea freight, customs clearance coordination, warehousing, road transport, and connected delivery solutions. Behind that sits a wider logistics network with extensive experience across courier services, parcel delivery, metro transport, regional distribution, and final-mile logistics.
Freight forwarding does not finish when cargo reaches the airport, seaport, depot, or customs clearance point. Customers still need freight collected, cleared, unpacked, stored, staged, transferred, delivered, and tracked. By connecting international freight forwarding with established domestic delivery capability, CODEX Freight can support a more complete movement from overseas supplier through to final destination.
Freight Experience Behind the Business
CODEX Freight is led by freight operators with deep experience across international forwarding, trade lane development, national sales, branch operations, project logistics, retail supply chains, cartage, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. Our team has worked across major global freight networks, large Australian consolidators, and multinational forwarding businesses — giving us a practical understanding of freight from multiple angles.
That experience includes managing high-volume import and export operations, developing USA trade lanes, building carrier and overseas agent relationships across Asia and the Americas, and managing international freight for a major Australian retailer. On the operational side, we bring hands-on experience with branch management, cartage and dispatch teams, FCL container movements, and project logistics across defence and aviation — environments where timing, communication, and execution matter most.
